You can return or exchange the order which was purchased on our website. Within 2 days after the delivery you need to contact us and tell about the problem, after we confirm that the product is in its initial conditions, you are welcome to send items to us, which should arrive within two weeks (14 days).
If we made a mistake or you received a product of improper quality, we will replace the product or refund it (note that it is important that the product is unused

If while unpacking the product, which is in excellent quality, does not meet your expectations in color/material, or you realize that you made a mistake in the model choice, you need to keep the original condition of the product and inform us about it, as we indicated earlier.

Refunds are made only after we receive the product back. Refunds will be made according to the original payment method. Shipping, fees and duties are non-refundable.

so that we can fix it. In this case, you are not responsible for the costs of return and postage.
